Sooo...I dont know much about the band, but is anyone here a fan? They are the entertainment for a corporate event I will be going to next month. Im not very excited. That being said, I wasnt too excited at the past events either and they were both pretty good.

2010: Maroon 5

2013: The Goo Goo Dolls

Are they basically in the same vein as the above bands?

Same vein, but a little different.

They're a good band though. I'd go see them in this context.

I listened to their 1st album How to Save a Life a lot. It was a tough time of life for me, and I found a lot of meaning in their music. I don't listen to them at all anymore, honestly, because those songs take me back to how I felt then...life's a lot better, so I'd rather not reflect on those times.

they opened for Dave Mathews years ago in vegas and put on a very good show. Like the previous poster said, listen to the first album. I would not pay to just see them but at a corp event you could do way worse.

Never seen them myself but their local and will sell out 3 nights of shows at Red Rocks in less then any hour. People tell me they are good live.

Sounds good. As I said, I should have a little faith as I havent been disappointed with their selections yet.

Decent group, but seem more feared towards a female audience which seems to be the trend at your events.
