The Greatest/Funniest Movie Ever Made - PHOBE (1 Viewer)

Visible cables and green screen models are fun - maybe they were poking fun at 1950s special effects?

Oh, jeez - the dude standing up to make it look like Phobe was lifting him... too good.

Sweet ending, with the phobe and Dapp coming to an understanding. Kinda makes you think.

"What about the trap?"

"I'll think of something."

Is this tying up some plot hole I didn't notice?

I was wondering how they got such a cool band for the dance scene... it was the actors/crew.

They got a little cute with the credits. I like their attitude.

I want to make fun of Dapp's sunglasses, but I could see myself thinking those were cool in the 80s :-(

IMDB letting me down - wanted to see what other movies cheerleader mom had been in.
I thought they were real sunglasses until the scene where they are taking an unexplained drink break (without any drinks) and not working on getting the radio working. "I lost a lot of good friends, especially one in particular."

"Was this person special to you?"

"Yes, SHE was"

"I'm sorry"

"Thanks"

The drink break was brilliant.

We may die, but hey.... you thristy? lol

Did You Know?

There are about 3-4 scenes in which, if you listen loudly, or w good headphones, you can hear the actors telling eachother what to do/ or "roll film" / and Dap even drops an F bomb under his breath when he saves his woman from the "plasma field floor"

That fight scene with the metal bars was amazing. And nothing more bad ### than riding away on a crane thingy.

I wonder if we can get The Flop House to watch this.
SON OF A ##### THE MOVIE GOT TAKEN DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I knew I shouldve downloaded it.... I just knew it. whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, who would do this?

Well?
You didn't miss anything. Like several other lines in the movie, it didn't tie in with anything.

I like how his "I'll think of something" ended up being tossing it in a dumpster.

He could have killed the Phobe, knowing that he was backstabbed by his commander. But he didnt. He left him trapped in the box and thrown in a dumpster

This could have been a mistake on his part (which would have led to a part 2) as the phobe resurfaces

The phobe had been released from the trap as a way to save Dap's and his GF's life. Then Dap lets the phobe have the spaceship and leave. My assumption is the trap was empty.

The phobes lay eggs...

Gotta be a few in that trap
