He'd be insurance on injuries, locker room leadership....and having been cut he'd be willing to come in as a situational player so Jones and Jennings don't lose a lot of reps.

Thoughts?

Would he be willing to play RB? Because that's what they need. Driver's already a solid vet for their receiving corps.

and he'd be no better than the #5 for the Pack, realistically.

I don;t think he's washed up. Come in as WR 4 or situational 3. He'd be good. Sure hands.

IMO they are getting rid of veterans that are not near their peak and have reached a plateau. With Robinson coming back they are stocked at WR. TE and RB are the two positions they seem to be shopping for. They likely will be looking for a rookie or 2nd year with lots of potential.
