What do you guys do as prizes and awards for different things in your league? I'm trying to keep things interesting for the whole league. It's kind of late to come up with things this late in the league, but whatever.

I've got a 10 man non-keeper league, I'm thinking doing 3 "Bowl" games, 2 playoff's. League Championship Playoff's (4 teams, the top 4), the Consolation Playoff's (the next 4 teams), and a Toilet Bowl for the two teams in dead last.

Winner of the League Championship:

- Gets the biggest $$$ prize

- Gets trophy (to be found at nearest flea market)

- Gets last drafting position in the 2012 draft

- Gets to name the team name the winner of the Toilet Bowl for the 2012 season

2nd Place in League Championship:

- Gets smaller $$$ prize

Winner of the Consolation Playoffs:

- Gets 1st pick of the 2012 draft

Winner of the Toilet Bowl

- Gets crap trophy

- Gets 2nd pick of the 2012 draft

- Gets to name the team name the loser of the Toilet Bowl for the 2012 season

- Has to let League Champion name his 2012 team

Loser of the Toilet Bowl

- Owes League Champion a shot/drink (not to exceed $5)

- Has to let Toilet Bowl Champion name his 2012 team

Best Record in the League

- Gets choice of drafting position in the 2012 draft (goes to 2nd place if best record is also the League Champ)

What do you guys do? I'm looking for ideas!!

We also have a series of small awards such as the "Whoops" award - highest score by a player left on the bench.

Can't remember the others.

We pay...

50.00 for high overall game of season

30.00 for high offense game of season (same game cant share with high game)

30.00 for high defense game of season (same game cant share with high game) we use full starting list of IDPs

20.00 for each high single game per position (must be in starting line up, must be on same roster to get paid at end of year - qb/rb/wr/te/k,dl,lb,db)

20.00 for high game each week

this kind of keeps everyone "in it" all year and spreads the wealth in a way that provides excitement when watching your players (or others) doing well.

we use a weighted lottery for the draft positions from the non-playoff teams standings.
