This list looks pretty solid. My biggest worry is S Jackson. He is a beast when healthy, but he's missed so much time. Are you okay with the risk/reward with SJax?

As of this post, only 37 of 109 voting had him in their top 12. May be good value come draft day?!

Would take Westbrook w/o hesitation in the Top 5 of a redraft. Would love to see Turner go in the Top 3 in a PPR league.

To answer your question, I wouldn't take Jackson until late first and would take any of the players (sans Portis) listed after him in the poll over Jackson.

Please keep in mind the order is listed is not necessarily a projected draft order, only that the player in question was voted for that many times to be in the top 12.So, Turner was the 3rd most votes, nothing more or less.
