The Urban/Suburban/Rural Voting Disparity in One Infographic (1 Viewer)

I wish they would have done Fayetteville, NC.  I don't think the D ticket will have a similar showing to 2012.

what means this?
Just my own take on the area.  Obama has received a ton of support around here over the last 8 years.  Romney never stood a chance in 2012.  Things seem very different this time around.  This area is very sour on Hillary and a lot of it is due to Ft. Bragg and the units who base out of here.  She does not have their best interests in mind.

Trump support is pretty crazy out here.  When Trump came to town the Crown Coliseum was standing room only.  Hillary has yet to visit Fayetteville since Benghazi.  She sends Kaine, Jill Biden or Obama.  When Obama came on Friday he spoke at the Fayetteville State University student center.  I think we're easily talking a 10,000 person difference between the two venues.

I think this area will vote less democratic this year.  I think both independent and republican numbers will go up.

I don't think the "highly-educated'' (I assume that means college-grads and those with graduate degrees) shifting to the dems is a fluke...our colleges and universities are liberal hotbeds and the lack of intellectual diversity should translate to more dem voters...

For my area, it's really amazing how there's a hard break in Democrat vs. Republican districts right at the LA/OC county line.
