Thin at WR...trade Bortles for ______? WHIR (1 Viewer)

Winston, Bortles

David Johnson, Martin, Starks, Hightower, Duke, Gillislee, Quizz

AB, ARob, Crabtree, AJ Green

Losing AJ has me very thin at WR.  While all of them are startable, if for some reason one goes down I'd be scrambling.  Best WRs on waivers are Thielen & Lockett.

Another owner has Luck & Wentz at QB and is actively looking for a QB upgrade.  WRs are Baldwin, Cooks, DJax, Snead, Adams, Beasley, John Brown.

Should I offer Bortles for one of those WRs?  If so, who is a fair deal?  Is Cooks too much to ask for?  I'd prefer a solid floor guy as insurance, but I'd take a boom/bust guy if it was worth it.

Cooks may be a bit much to hope for.  I would target Beasley who is having a solid consistent year yet perhaps doesn't have the name recognition. The problem with the Saints wide receivers is you don't know which one is going to light it up week in and week out.

Good idea. I would start with Cooks. he might go for it... you never know. If that's too much you can negotiate and take Snead, Adams... or...
