Under the bill, which Mayor de Blasio backs, non-union car washes must post bonds of $150,000.

Unionized shops get a break: Theyd have to post bonds of only $30,000, a far more manageable sum.

At the very least, it'll make a union guy want to vote Democrat in NYC. Just not a police union guy. Then you might have some issues with the mayor.
