I am not a fan of any of those deals.  You are solid at QB/RB/WR but all of these deals would really weaken you in those areas.  You could use an every week starter at TE but all of these deals have way too many moving pieces. 

I would look to acquire an every week starter at TE but you shouldn't have to pay a premium to be able to upgrade this position for yourself. 

 
First two deals are absolute crap.

Deal C is close but I would pass.  Getting Brees would be great but you are taking too much risk with Watkins and Cook (for this year).   

 
I like deal #3, but I'm not someone who values youth at QB. So to me, Prescott to Brees is an upgrade. I also really like Cook, and think he could outproduce Lynch this year, and is obviously a better long term option. Plus, you aren't relying on Lynch anyway. Hilton to Watkins is probably a downgrade, but maybe not, a healthy Watkins arguably has a higher ceiling than Hilton, but we haven't seen that other than a half season at the end of 2015.
