Tiers vs Rankings (1 Viewer)

How come players that are ranked high in the Footballguys Rankings are showing super low in the Tiers?  For example, Sterling Shepard is ranked 24 but he is listed as a Flex in the rankings well below others who are ranked much lower than him?
