So Minny takes a big.

Lakers take the other big.

6ers take Russell.

Knicks take Mudiay.

Any chance it goes another way?

I am obviously in the minority but I feel like rockets have a shot. Both regular season wins were without Howard...bogut had 18 boards in game 1. Rockets in 6.
What about the other two?
Good point. The website I originally looked at didn't show the other two. I still think rockets have a chance though.
They have a chance, like about 20 percent.
ESPN's BPI odds have them at 18%. If my math is right, their true probability according to the sports books(using 5Dimes) is 12.68%.

Warriors are -10 in game 1.
I wonder when the last time was a conference championship series was that lopsided before the series started.
Isn't that a typical line for a GS home game?
I meant the percentage to win the series. -850 and 18 percent.
I realized that after I posted.

I would imagine those 90s Bulls teams were heavy favorites in the conference finals.

Love watching GS and I feel sick that I have to root for Harden, Howard and that dog Josh Smith but on the off chance that the Hawks advance I'd love a shot at the title against the Rockets. </pipedream>

Per Bleacher, the Lakers, prior to this pick, were considering stealing DeAndre Jordan from the Clippers and then settling on a point guard. But with one of the top two picks that's probably out right? They probably have to take one of the two centers here.

Don't get the hype on the PGs, hope Winslow impresses enough in workouts for the Knicks to take him.

Likely doesn't matter, Knicks take someone they hope to trade for a quick fix like what the Cavs did with Wiggins. Except they won't get anyone as good as Love and still not have a young guy to build around.

Who do you prefer? Okafor or Towns?
I'm not sure. Maybe Towns, thinking that the long term goal is to get Westbrook when he's a free agent. A solid rim defender would be more useful in that scenario than a center with a quality post game but no D. I think we'll just have to be happy with either one.

I just hope they don't #### things up by giving any money or years to Rondo.

That would be a nice start, then trade down to 4 with the Knicks and take which ever pg is left.

I think Towns & Okafor are the first 2 picks, but wouldnt be shocked if Lakers decided on going another direction.

At this point, no telling which way Knicks go. Phil probably resigned the second that card was pulled.

Give me Towns. His post game may not be as polished as Okafor, but he shoots 81% from the free throw line. Okafor shoots 50%. I'm sick of these centers that can't hit a free throw.

Not much of a Knicks fan ever since the Scott Layden debacle years, but if you have to fall in a lottery, this seems like a good year to do it. Russell/Mudiay/Winslow could all end up being the best player in the draft. Likely lower floors than the bigs but possibly more upside. I'm not much of an Okafor fan.
