Giggle, laugh and mock all you want but I think that the Titans DEF are viable starters for the upcoming weeks. They were not fantasy studs against Indy but then again, which DEF is?

The matchup against the Aint's shows promise for TEN to be a great emerging sleeper pick. Look at their matchups;

Week 5 - Atlanta (need I say more?)

Week 6 - Tampa Bay (low scoring affair)

Week 7 - Houston (no Johnson, no offense)

Week 8 - Oakland (Yep, we're all afraid of McCown & D-Cup!)

Week 9 - Carolina (whether it's Carr or Delhomme, bring some popcorn)

Wee 10 - Jacksonville (who's going to be betting on this inept offense?)

For the next 6 weeks, you have a solution at DEF if you're stuck with underachievers

*cough*Carolina*cough*Miami*cough*Jacksonville*

Tampa Bay also gets my vote as an emerging sleeper DEF pick

I have the Minnesota DEF but I love this Plan B....

I like the play, but will be called a homer for it...I dropped the ATL in exchange...hardly a homer move.

Been on my roster all year.

I know, you care. But I think the Titans were seen as a sleeper, and definitely a DTBC prospect (subscribe!), before the season.

I'm just hoping Pac Man keeps away from the body glitter till February.

Min and Ten were the Defense by Committe team chosen by FBG. Article's somewhere in the pre-season stories.

GREAT call. I also have the Viking D, but took the Titans off of the wire last week because of the Atl matchup in week 5 (Vikings on a bye, our league has a lot of teams picking up defenses a week ahead of time because of matchups, so I went 2 weeks early). After last night, and with this schedule - they may well be a great defense to have going forward.

I will be trying to grab them after this week. I'm trying to do a different version of DTBC by rotating through teams, but only 1 roster spot.
