Brissett was horrible and Vinatieri is his usual horrible self this year. They better use some of that cap money in the off-season.  They always are minor players in free agency and I believe they have more cap room than any other team.  They have drafted well and are set up for the future, both with picks and cap money. They should use all their bullets at their disposal, including the draft and free agency to get better.  I'm not so sure Brissett is the answer either.  As a matter of fact I know he isn't.  I guess if Trent Dilfer can win a Super Bowl......
