Titans vs Ravens (1 Viewer)

Do you have anything to add, other than telling us how good the Ravens are? :D

Actually, I was looking forward to a good game with no personal favorite in the game until the ridiculous avalanche of post season awards going to the Ravens. Now I'm a TEN fan today. BAL ain't that good.

seriously, why on earth are you so bitter? I'll be the first to admit that Todd Heap absolutely robbed Shannon Sharpe of a Pro Bowl birth, but other than that, theres not really a lot of undeserving awards they got. :confused: :confused: :confused:

 
The Titans have to be nervous after that touchdown, as the trademark of Titans/Ravens games have been Tennessee dominating the game, but the Ravens making the big plays and winning the games.

 
So far Baltimore's defense has scored just as much as they've let up....that good enough for ya?

It's awfully early in the game to be making a staement like that. Aside from the tipped pass, TEN has owned the BAL D so far. If the Ravens don't make adjustments, TEN is going to win this game going away.
 
Watching the replay quickly, it seemed McNair was throwing the ball into an area where there were three Raven defenders and only one well-covered Tennessee receiver. Was he trying to thread a needle on that pass?

 
Well you better get used to Lewis....Defensive MVP... if you want to live in the past go ahead, but he wasnt convicted... now enough of the degatory comments and get back to the game.....

He was convicted. He just bargained down to a lesser charge and rolled over on two "friends." Better them than him, I suppose.

Do you remember the last time they played in the playoffs? Tennessee scored on their first possession. After that the Ravens DEFENSE outscored the Titans OFFENSE 14-3.

Yes...McNair will be in trouble if the Ravens make him try to force plays...I've gotta say I need to see Balt's Offense do something before I give them the ADV....Right now both teams are looking pretty even..TN O-Line stepped up nicely on that McNair Scramble...

Sorry, big guy, but Boulware didn't deserve any Pro Bowl spot - no way, no how when you compare him to the other OLBs in the AFC. And Rodney Harrison flat out got robbed at SS. And Adalius Thompson on special teams? C'mon. Add that to Heap over Sharpe, being tired of hearing how great this D is - when they certainly weren't the best in the NFL, and all the hurt feelings from BAL fans when you even dare to question anything about BAL, and it ads up to me being a Titan fan today.

Agreed. Its weird but all of their games seem to follow the pattern of Tennessee apparently outplaying them, but Baltimore making the big plays.
 
Tennesse has to be thrilled with the performance of their running backs so far in their three drives. They've got 9 carries for 39 yards (4.33/carry).Despite the interception, I like the way McNair is playing. The Tennessee offense is moving the ball extremely well.

Lewis was convicted. He IS a convict. There's no debate, there; you plead guilty, you're convicted, you're a convict.He was the only one convicted, and walked with a slap to the wrist because of his societal standing. But a con nontheless.

How do I have hurt feelings when you dare to questions something?? I even admitted that Heap didn't deserve it. I havn't seen one Baltimore fan in this thread who has acted outraged when you questioned the Pro Bowl selections.I totally belive they were the best defense. Look at how many times their offense left them in terrible shape. Consider the Rams game where the Rams started like 3 drives inside the 10 yards line!Anyway, its all a popularity contest anyway. The fact that the Ravens won a SB a few years ago and have a reputation as a great defense surely helps them...I can admit that.

Agreed. Ray Lewis is a dirt bag who should be wearing a cool orange jump suit, not a football uniform. Some loyalty Ray Lewis pinning it on your "friends" and ratting them out.

So ignorant....What Ray Lewis was convicted of was lying to police.....to protect his friends! Later on he went back and told the truth to avoid legal troubles.
 
Now we need to get Jamal Lewis going..... What a defense baltimore has... the offense has sputtered and the D refuses to give in.... George hurt....

 
I'll admit this much:Tennessee' rush defense is no joke. I thought they were overrated, but they have thoroughly impressed me so far.

 
Holy ####? Dislocated Shoulder?!Uh oh.....I just hope TN can stay even or up for the first half....IF BAL Offense can ust get something going they'll take over this game...Thank God for TN that they have Brown...he's not george but he's okay
