I am a projected winner of this game.  My opponent will be starting Jeffrey and Ertz.  My thought is that starting Foles will severely diminish his chances of victory since any huge game by his receiving options will be somewhat offset by me starting Foles.  Now this all goes away if the Vikings lose somehow since the Eagles could rest starters.  Assume the Vikings win.  Is it a good strategy to start Foles for this reason or should I stick with Stafford?

I think you might be overthinking this. Never worry about who your opponent is going, just start the best guy you can. I believe that is Stafford against a Bengals team that threw in the towel weeks ago.

I agree in 95% of the cases.  However, in this situation with projections being similar and the other team having TWO players tied to Foles I think it make sense as a tie breaker to minimize their damage and go with Foles.  If the choice was between Foles and Brady or Wilson then I would agree and go with the better QB play because the difference would be significant.
