**TNF on Prime - Washington at Green Bay**(-3, 49.5) 8:15 (5 Viewers)

WTH? Line opens at Was +1.5 and you can now get it at +3.5…,Holy recency bias, Batman.

Despite the steady offseason drumbeat of WAS regression, and the respective performances of the teams last week, I’ll gladly take the Commies getting 3 and a hook and clap back at some prime Vegas trolling.
Whiff! Once again Vegas proves it is smarter--and richer--than me.

The Pack es muy bueno
Always tough in the beginning of the season to get a gauge, GB D appears to be for real.

We'll see how the eagles look against the chiefs and I think they'll handle them, but the Packers are currently the team to beat in the NFC.

I'm surprised how many people were sleeping on them going into this game. Being so young i guess unless you follow the team there were questions, those questions have to be answered now. RIP Joe Flacco, or whichever QB they roll out next week. It might get ugly.

The eagles are still better. As you will see later this season and again if they meet in the playoffs.

Looking forward to it!! 🧀 Eagles are gonna need to earn it November 10 at Lambeau and I'm not so sure they will. Shaping up to be a hell of a game though.

The Eagles looked much better in the second half of last season (and the playoffs) than they did in the first half. I would not be surprised to see that again given they have so many new players on defense that Fangio will need time to optimize and a new offensive coordinator.

At this time last year, everyone was saying that the Lions were the clear favorite in the conference, and then the injuries hit.

Lots can happen between now and the end of the season.

Seems like people still want to sleep on Green Bay. It's week 2, but Detroit and Washington were supposed to be legit contenders and neither game was even close. First it was Detroit maybe isn't that good, now it's Daniels might be having a sophomore slump. I don't know what more people are looking for, give credit where credit is due. We'll see how the Eagles look this weekend, but they've got competition for the best team in the NFC.

they have 'earned' it multiple times over the past few seasons including beating gb twice just last year but hey tell yourself whatever makes you feel good

You should prob focus on just actually winning your division first. Minn looks good to me and will give you all you can handle.

Yeah, Eagles are still the team to beat. They're very good, but this isn't last years Packers or the year before. They've been building this team for awhile now and here it is. NFC north is a great division, so we'll see, I think they'll be just fine though. Get through the chiefs this weekend first (i think they will), it's a long season, but damn am I glad football is back!

While my fellow Eagles fans were busy laughing at Jerry Jones, I was legit worried, as I thought GB was already one of the few contenders in the NFC and adding Parsons was a serious boon.

I saw your post on page 1 of this thread, this team is "Special"
I wanted to be a smart *** and talking about Brett Favre Packers and others that seemed a little more special
However...I have been thoroughly impressed the first two weeks and I even see a Coach laFleur that I have felt held you all back...see Rodgers vs Brady in Playoffs Lambeau

I thnk everyone is going to move them up with Philly as NFCC favorites
I'm not ready to say they are the No 1 seed in the NFC but they have taken some big steps to ensure success for the next few seasons
I don't root for the Packers but I enjoyed watching them last night

Please lose those white uniforms, not enough Green and Yellow...I remember the first time I saw GB in person with those yellow helmets when I was young, that was special

Yeah, 97 was special, 2011 was special, and there's parallels in 2025. This one has the makings of another special team. Find 2 more talked about contenders than Detroit and Washington in the NFC and other than the eagles and that won't be easy. People can blame those teams, but i watched the games and they were overwhelmed by a better team. It's early, but they pass the eyeball test. I watched this team get built over the last few years and it's what I expected from them. Coaching staff is doing a great job getting the most out of everyone. The other thing is this team is DEEP. Outside of a couple key players next man up can step in and not miss much of a beat.

Philly is the team to beat and luckily that game happens in November. Praying both teams are healthy and we get a look at both at their best.

I also hate the all white. That was the only game for that and there's one more in early November they're doing throw backs. You can't beat the green and gold though. Definitely iconic.
