Is Tolbert going to be the short yardage/goal line guy in Carolina? Is that how he is being used?

Wondering as I could see that role putting up 6-8 TD's and be a decent start in some weeks.

I got one RB spot I need to platoon (auction league and I spent my funds on big names) - if he is short yardage/goal line he will likely be worth some starts. RB's aren't coming out of the woodwork this year.

He will do just enough to stay on your roster but not be startable unless there is an injury. Guy is pretty good but low man on the totem pole in Carolina.
