1. P. Manning -- maybe not like his 04 season but I definitley see him right now having he best season since

2. D. Brees - a few off weeks but is still as Elite as it gets

3. T. Brady - I have him this high 1 more week - I feel he will start getting it going.

4. A. Rodgers -- Putting up great numbers again

5. P. Rivers - Rock solid like last season

6. J. Flacco - WOW - shocker of the QB's so far and whats more amazing I don't see it slowing - He is real and will be a stud!

7. M. Shaub - 3 great weeks - looks rock solid

8. J. Cutler - No WR's no problem - still a stud

9. D. Garrard - Dodds was right!

10. E. Manning - Looking like big brother

11. D. McNabb

12. K. Warner

1. M. Jones-Drew - Not a true #1 RB like in years past but of whats out there he is the best balance of talent , team , schedule -- The offense is fallling in line.

2. A. Peterson - Not the juggernaught once though but still really good.

3. CJIII - IMO maybe the best pure runner other than AD

4. F. Gore - injured but great schedule and a rising team.

5. D. Williams - Many will doubt this but the guy last year wasn't an abberation - he is a dman good runner and has a easy 8 game stretch.

6. R. Brown - He is playing to his 07 form!

7. S. Jackson - Still holding hope for a few more weeks - Too much talent just a terrible team.

8. M. Forte - Looks to be getting his grove back

9. K. Moreno - Call this crazy I really think this guy breaks out and becomes a mainstay the rest of the season.

10. K. Smith - Not flashy -- just scores points

11. M. Turner

7. A. Boldin - Yeah Fitz isn't ranked yet.. Boldin is the numbers guy on the Cardinals - he just put sup points.

8. M. Colston - Brees will come back shortly

9. L. Fitzgerald - Most talented in the NFL right now but Boldin is more of Warners go to guy..

10. MSW - Another I don't see going away. a WW pick up - no THE WW pick up of the season!

Assuming this is going forward rankings, I think Steven Smith (NYG) & Colston (2 guys I happen to own in the same league, btw) are too high. Smith will be a solid WR2 going forward, Colston bottom-end WR1, top end WR2. IMO, Smith will wind up producing less when the weather turns, and Giants schedule gets a bit tougher. Eli's health isn't gonna help either. Colston just simply doesn't get enough targets to be top 10 either, IMO. I've been trying to move both of them for value, to no avail, so I hope I'm wrong, but that's what I honestly think.

At first blush, I would normally agree with this; but with his injury history & scumbag Vick stealing 10-15 snaps per game, I'm not so sure about this.

I just traded away SSmith (Car) for Jennings.There is just something so screwed up about Delhomme right now, he hasn't looked like himself since the last quarter of last season and SSmith (nothing's wrong with him, he's as great as ever) can't get free from double teams, even against Dallas who even gave up yards and a big play to Denver.

I think Jennings will move back into this list simply by virtue of Rodgers and the GB passing game and SSmith (Car) will move down.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. The rankings look decent enough (other than the omission of Roofles, which might just be an oversight). There are some "no duh" rankings sprinkled through with some non-consensus rankings. I don't necessarily agree with the rankings, but they look solid enough, and I appreciate anyone willing to put themselves out there and risk ridicule (both now and at the end of the year).
