When searching for passing stats I came across this list.

What a weird list. How are Pennington and Culpepper ahead of Marino?

Why not solo out Favre, who was a better QB than Marino?

QB ratings usually rely heavily on completion % and interceptions, which would allow a Pennington to creep in

I don't know. Both are surprising I guess. Favre's known for slinging so the int numbers make sense.
