The top 200 list ranks players according to auction value each week during the season. For example Ray Rice might have had a 74 value in week 10, out of $200 available dollars. This represents 37% of available dollars. I can see the logic of allocating certain values during the draft, since you need to allocate the money in fielding a full team. However if Ray Rice has a 74 value in week 10, theoretically you would bid only 37% of your dollars to try to acquire him during blind bidding process. This part doesnt make any sense to me. I would probably use most of my allocated dollars to try to acquire him. Obviously Rice wouldnt be available, but I'm just using this as an example. Am I not understanding this weekly feature correctly?
