i am pretty clueless about fantasy baseball, this is the first time i've ever played and i'm only playing bc i need a distraction from work while i wait on fantasy football to come back. i literally have never heard of either of these players

Jose Reyes

Maicer Izturis

my other OF are

Adam Jones

Manny Ramirez

Denard Span

Juan Rivera

Coco Crisp

we start 3 OF

i realize all these guys probably suck, but which group sucks less? do i need ramirez or lind more?

Adam Lind will hit 35 HRS and give you 110+ RBI.

Alexei Ramirez is a SS who will steal about 15 bases and score a mediocre amount of runs.

I'd rather have all of those guys than Crisp, though Willingham isn't a slam-dunk and none of them are studs at this point. Blanks and Young have a lot of upside, Swisher is a just a guy in terms of fantasy, and Willingham is Swisher but in a worse lineup.
