PPR format...

I own both Travis Kelce and Darren Waller. I am in need of a RB. I want to keep Kelce, but feel Waller will be pretty damn good ROS.. Kelce is a bigger name to throw at potential trade partners.

Is Kelce for Zeke a fair trade? 

Dude with Zeke offered me D. Freeman and P. Lindsay for Kelce. Was gonna counter Kelce for Zeke, but wanted to get some feed back..

I wouldn't trade for freeman and lindsay but guy's not gonna give you zeke straight up.

No way he gives you Zeke unless it is a TE premium league. Neither trade proposal is fair to both teams, cut bait and look elsewhere.
