I am in a 12 team 1/2pt Superflex Dynasty league. Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2 Flex, 1 SF. My team is in a rebuild, and I am wondering if I should take this trade for value or keep Ladd.

Almost all my points from the previous thread apply here. The bottom line is that in a rebuild you go after McConkey types not trade them away. If you were giving up Kyren and Aiyuk for Ladd from a contending team that need immediate RB help then I would say do it. This is a trade to make if you were competing and needed a RB to get you there. Not the other way around.

Okay thanks for the advice. I was thinking this trade might align better with my needs as far as getting a good young WR and a top 10 RB in return. Even if it's just from a value standpoint to then turn around and trade for other guy's.

I'd probably take it and then move Williams. Aiyul/McConkey are pretty comparable in my book. Only problem is that it looks like you already have all the draft picks.

I am in more agreeable with Bass. Plus this team is more in compete mode than Rebuild mode. This is not an #1 pick overall team. Other than Thomas, McConkey where is the youth. Even while a lot of picks have only 2 medium quality ones.

The biggest issue is RB with 2 needed and only Taylor(who should be gone if rebuilding). Other issue is Flex and the 1.6/1.7 won’t cure but that trade takes care of 2nd RB and allows 1.6/1.7 to be used for BAP.

If thinking the trade does not work for you and rebuild is the word, than one of Mahomes or Prescott or both need to be gone. They should have value in SF. I would be trying to add JJM with extra as my 1st step. Taylor gone. Too many 2nd and 3rds. Need to consolidate. Not huge fan of 26 draft. Could you use 1.7/couple 2nds/26 1st to get Jeanty. Or Taylor to get.

Be not bad to have
McCarthy/Penix/Jeanty/Henderson/Thonas/McConkey/Burden/Loveland as your base and adding like a Higgins/Golden/Skatebbo/M. Taylor/Dart to lineup and have 26 picks

But also like
Mahomes/Penix/Taylor/Williams/Thomas/Aiyuck/Henderson/Burden/Samuel/Engram and all the extras on roster. Trading Prescott or still having to compete.
