Trading Maroney away in dynasty/keepers? (1 Viewer)

I've never been so frustrated by one player in my years of FF. At times last year, he looked like Larry Johnson, now he looks like Fred Taylor, no that's a lie, Taylor got me points this week.

I thought given the chance, he'd be a beast on the goal line. So far, even when he's played, it's gone to Morris or Evans on the goal line.

22 catches in a part time role looks VERY promising. How about 0 for this year, with a WHOPPING 1 target.

Morris is going to be around for a few years at least unless I'm mistaken. I don't know how much longer FAulk is there, but I'm convinced he's going to be the primary pass catching back in New England until he leaves.

The injury is frustrating, but it gets better. The situation is a huge dissappointment.

Anyone trading him, trying to ttrade him, trading for him?

what type of trades/offers are you seeing?

I don't see the point of trading Maroney at all. I think it's clear BB isn't rushing him because he has had the luxury of Sammy Morris. Now that Morris is a bit banged up, I imagine Maroney will be coming back. When you're winning like the Patriots have been winning, it only makes sense to play an injury that has a decent statistical probability of recurring conservatively. It hurts me as a Maroney owner, but my hope is that he's fresh and healthy for the playoff run because of this choice.

I'd love to buy him cheap, redraft or dynasty. People are cutting bait on him way too early.

No way could you have pulled that off AFTER today's Chicago game. I can't believe you stole AP like that. I own both Maroney and AP, and I'd never make that deal if I only had AP.
