Trent Green : One hit from the Grave (1 Viewer)

I think Trent Green is done. Ill go as far to say that he wont end this season. The man is one hit from the grave...

He was a good QB for a while, and its a shame to see him go. He reminds me of Aikman going into his last year. Hes just been beaten up the past few years, too many concussions.

In KC times have to change. Who do you think will replace him?

Jesus dude, I can't believe you felt compelled to start a post like this. It is one thing to speculate on player personnel moves, but to do the title like you did and then repeat it. Just disgraceful. :lmao:

Get over it Pizzatyme.

Bottom line Concussions end careers, esp. in veteren Qbs with a history of. I didnt mean he was literally going to die or anything. His career as a player will be. He released a statement last year that basically said ihe talked with his family and if anything like his 2006 concussion happened again he would retire.

I think theres a very good chance that may happen this year, maybe earlier in the year maybe not> If so I was inquiring what his replacement would be.

I dont understand where this resentment is coming from but whatever man. This is hardcore football analysis not ESPN news.

For most of us, this point was obvious. This year Damon Huard should be the guy, if Green doesn't work out. In '08 it's all about Croyle.

Pretty un-cool posting IMHO. Trent Green is an actual human being with a family and to just post something like that is pretty dickish. Hopefully you get banned.

Yep, this could have been asked in a much more tactful way.

I happen to agree that his days as an NFL starter are over, but as someone who has met Trent several times, to say that he is one hit from the grave, is immature at best.

 I think people are overreacting here a bit. He didn't mean he was a hit away from actually dying.
Then say what you mean. No need to embellish it with that crap! What he said was typical ESPN sensationalizing. Then he goes on to say this isn't ESPN. Classic!
