Well he's been cleared to practice fully, and play in games. But you'll have to wait until Sunday to find out which QB starts, Herm isn't going to say.
Their matchups aren't all that great for a QB though.

The only good matchup is the Cleveland game. And we're talking about a QB who hasn't played a full game in almost 11 months, and hasn't had a full practice since preseason. All this is assuming he gets his job back, which I think he does. But regardless, I'm not sure I'd want to pin my fantasy stretch run on him.
EDIT: Forgot to add that the O-Line is missing a couple starters as well. They had been playing well with the same five guys for about six straight games. But now Sampson is still hurt, and Waters (the pro-bowl LG) is out as well. That's part of the reason they struggled in Miami. It doesn't really make me want to run out and claim Trent of the WW.
