Not sure who to start? Lawrence is a rookie but going against a much worse defence imo

I get that Houston is an awful team, and Washington likely has a very good defense, but I'd still go Herbert here. He's proven himself in the NFL already, and against defenses every bit as good as Washington. Lawrence could outscore him, he could also spend most of the day handing off.
