i've had this quite a while and had numerous injections and a couple of minor surgeries.

Monday I am going to a surgery center to free four of my fingers. The pain has become excruciating, esp. in the mornings when I need to manually unlock them repeatedly.

Anyone else dealt with this?

Anyone else dealt with this?

Has this with my right thumb (right hand dominant) De Quervain's tenosynovitis.  My thumb would lock in the up or down position randomly.  I would have to manipulate my thumb back to a neutral position.  Simple surgery with a small scar no problems ever again.   GL

in one finger.  not painful.  only when i make a clenched fist.
