Holliday worth a roster spot in dynasty with return yards possibly? He is a WR with 4.32 40 he is 162 lbs 5'5' lol what do you guys think of this guy as a punt/kick returning WR for Houston?

He is going to be a Wr in name only. If you are not in a return yeardage league he is not going to have any value. Any points he gets at Wr will in an odd circumstance gadget plays or multple injuries in a game.
