He had 12/19 196 yards passing with one TD and ran in another TD. True it's against the Broncos but not too bad with less than a week to get ready.

My gut is that Singletary will definitely go with Troy Smith for the game after the bye, and we'll see from there. By no means does he have a secure position however, if he stinks in the first half of the Rams game then I wouldn't be surprised to see Alex Smith back out there.
