Trying not to get ripped off (1 Viewer)

I don't really pay much attention to baseball outside of the Reds anymore, but I joined a fantasy baseball league at my friend's request. I've been in trade talks with a few people, and a lot of people I've noticed have been trying to get Clay Buchholz off of me. I whipped up a quick google search on the feller and it looks like he's the 5th guy in Boston's rotation with some upside (I guess). Point is, someone offered me Edwin Encarnacion, John Lackey and Bronson for Buchholz and Andruw Jones. By my estimation Starting pitching is the week spot on my team and this guy is playing to my homerism. Is this trade that bad for me?

Is this a keeper league? Also, Lackey is out until mid-May. Can you withstand that? If no to the 1st question and yes to the 2nd then Id do this deal.
