Labour still has a lot of Blairites who support the "New Labour" politics of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.  It wasn't that long ago that there were legitimate concerns about the party splitting in two over the progressive vs. neoliberal differences.  There were Blairites who were secretly rooting for a Tory win so Corbyn could be kicked to the curb.  Corbyn clearly has the upper hand now in the intra-party power struggles.

I thought Corbyn was petty much universally ridiculed by still including most that support Labour.
