Unique League Format and Scoring (1 Viewer)

The league I'm in has an interesting format and scoring.

1 QB - 6 pts/TD and 1 pt/20yards

2 RB - non-ppr

2-3 WR - 1 ppr

0-1 TE - 1ppr AND 1.5pts/10 rec yards

How should this affect draft strategy? Should Kelce go 1 overall and/or WR1 (boosted pts, but no requirement to start a TE)? Should QBs go earlier (more points, but same relative difference in tiers)? Are RBs still as valuable (low relative pts, but same tier drop offs)? Etc?

It wouldn't change my strategy at all but it would shift some players up/down on my draft board.  For example, I would shift mobile QB's down a bit in my rankings as they no longer have the rushing TD advantage since all TD's are worth 6 pts.  However, the QB's relative to other positions don't change much because all QB's get that scoring benefit so QB's in relation to each other are still the same.

I would also move some TE's up in the rankings based on what the increase bonus in yard points does to them in relation to the other positions.  I wouldn't necessarily vault all TE's up but I would see how they move when dealing with projections.   It's a factor but only in as much as how they compare to the other positions.  But just like QB's this scoring affects all TE's so I wouldn't necessarily change their value with respect to other TE's.

If you like to use a VBD methodology, I highly recommend FOOTBALLGUYS excel VBD app which allows you to customize with these exact settings and create a draft cheatsheet(don't use their draft dominator so can't talk to it).  Quick answer concerning Kelce is yes he becomes the top pick and top scorer outside QBs in your league.  Waller also is probably a mid to late first round pick in a 12 team.  Still would go with the top 4 RBs after Kelce followed by the top WRs.  QBs gain some with the 6 point TDs, but also lose a bit due to the TE and WR scoring bumps so don't think there will be much change there overall.  Running QBs lose a little luster as Gally mentioned.
