Can you get tickets cheaper than the regular $190 price online somewhere?
If you stay at one of the Universal hotels, you get free express passes, I believe. I know 3 of them: Lowe's Portifino, Royal Pacific, and the Hard Rock. Not sure if they still do that. Have fun!

The onsite hotels are awesome.  I'll never go to a park without one of those express passes.  Universal's are way better than the Disney Fast Pass, which I think is capped at 3 per day (with a few refills after they are gone, but the rides are usually booked).

Royal Pacific wasn't the nicest room for the money but Express pass and literally a 10 minute walk to the park made up for it !!!!

Yes, they still do that. There's another hotel, Sapphire Falls, that is relatively new that I stayed at a couple weeks ago for business. Nice place and the water taxi to the other properties, City Walk and the parks is great.

Universal Orlando has a nice deal for Florida residents right now.

A Universal one day one park ticket for Florida residents is currently $114 plus tax, but they're running a promo where you can get a 3 day, 2 park pass for $160 ($54 per day) good for one park per day (either Universal Studios or Island of Adventure), can be used on non-consecutive days and has no blackout dates.  An additional day can be purchased for an extra $15, and a park-to-park option (which allows you to visit two parks in one day) is available for another $40.

The deal is available for purchase now through April 4, and the only catch is you have to use all 3 days by June 30. Use the promo code COKE at checkout to get the deal.

We just bought tickets and are gonna go to Universal once, then Islands of Adventure, and will use the 3rd day to go to whichever park we like better.
