When you're projecting how many points a team will score do you just look at the opening O/U and spread or do you factor in where the line moves to as well?

The line movement doesnt change the nature of the information unless you know where the money is coming from. If you somehow know a massive bet from someone who knows something the public doesnt is the reason a line moves then it should factor into your opinion, or especially if you know that the majority of the money is coming in on one side and the line is still moving to the other then thats basically Vegas telling you they know, or they know the people that know, who is going to win.
