Maybe Brosmer will be better than McCarthy/Wentz, but that doesn't feel like a safe bet to me, and the matchup is a nightmare, on the road in Seattle, missing your LG, and while Darrisaw is giving it a go, he's clearly not healthy, and its certainly affecting his play. I think Mike McDonald is gonna have a fun gameplan for this one, and I'm not sure I'd start any Vikings other than Jefferson, and even him I'd probably have on the WR2/3 borderline. I don't see the ground game doing much and I see it being irrelevant in the 2nd half.

I think the narrative of Brian Flores will know how to shut down Sam Darnold is gonna look really silly in this one, the Vikings D just doesn't have the horses, even if Greenard plays. Maybe they can slow (not stop, but slow) the run game, but I think Darnold has a really nice game in this one. JSN is basically the player Jefferson has been in the past, and I wouldn't be shocked if Walker (in his boom/bust way) broke some big plays. If you are desperate for a TE due to injuries or whatever, I think AJ Barner isn't the worst flier.

Seattle's defense will stack the box to limit Jones and Mason and pressure the young qb

My other 2 healthy S have 10 AM starts, so it’s tempting to swap in Tony Adams, but Metellus has more upside, so…

Honestly if he takes the sack they have decent field position for their defense. Just mind boggling that Brosmer let that ball leave his hand.

Just watched the Browns bypass a FG on the SF 21 yard line, go for it on their 30, and go for it on 4-19 with 7 minutes left. Failed every time. That game would have a been a lot closer if they just played conservative.
 
I have never heard Greg Olson not want to go for it on fourth down. Mike McDonald knows that 16 points is enough lead to win this game.

Experiment over. I wouldn’t rue anything if I were Minnesota. Yeah, Sam or Daniel Jones might be better, but they’re not winning a Super Bowl. Those final four games get awfully and at some point you have to stop hiding them because other teams will dictate it to you.
