yeah when it first started i could place a single vote and it was moving it up about .01 each time. not any more.

no, but i've noticed that too. almost seems like there's a built in throttle or something. anyway, i wait a few minutes and start over and it works again.

I have found that if you can get in the lead and keep watching (and voting when there is a surge) so you don't allow people to gain on you you can frustrate them to stop voting.

I switched to an incognito browser and voted on one tab, then copied URL to the next tab, closed the first tab and then voted on the 2nd tab. Repeat process. He's up to 14.57% now

What did work was closing out of google altogether and go back into incognito and paste the web address.
