Anybody have any ideas how much playing time Taveras is going to lose to Spillborghs? I have a chance to obtain him and I could use the SB's but as they say it tough to steal first base especially if you are on the bench no less in a hitting slump. Is he worth the risk?

Difficult to predict when he'll sit and when he'll play though. I've been trying to get him in and out of the lineup at the right times and have had an empty spot on some days and had SB's on the bench on other days. Very frustrating.

Ouch. I remember how pissed I was the day Yahoo told me Ellsbury wasn't going to start and I benched him, but he played and swiped two bags.Benching five steals? Ouch. You have my deepest sympathy.

I haven't benched Tavares much this season but when I have I hgave missed a total of 12 SB's and his only HR. I should just drop him to spare myself the headache.
