Purcey - young kid, bad division

Masterson - can he win a permanent rotation spot?

Stults - Has he figured something out this late in his career?

Wellemeyer - he has had a couple of nice runs over the last two years

Hanson - will hold a roster spot, but...

thoughts, rankings, other potential guys?

I have edited in their current playSPEX Selling price/cap cost. Some real values here for sure. I appreciate the you posting the list.I think I'd target Masterson first in that format. I prefer McDonald to Stults. 15 Ks in 11.2 for Purcey is eye-opening.Edit to add: just bought up all of Masterson's contracts for 1.47 - 1.50 each (11 total)

I just picked up Millwood. He's off to a hot start. Hopefully it continues.
I really like Millwood and McCaarthy at their going rate. Not anyone you can count on, but both seem to have talent and certainly have the offense behind them to get wins with any semi-quality starts they can muster.I know there is some real dislike for them on the boards here, but their value/upside make them worth looking at on the waiver wire.
