waiver wire pickup Tutu or Cooks (1 Viewer)

I originally picked up Tutu on Waivers but now someone has dropped Brandin Cooks.
its a tough call for me so I thought I'd poll the group to see what people thought.
Do I drop Tutu to pickup Cooks?
as Hopkins appears to be on the doubtful side of questionable there is the chance I may have to play whoever I pickup

TuTu better pick up.
But neither would be any more than a WTHF for me
