Waiver Wire WR Help (2 Viewers)

I have Michael Sims-Walker so I don't trust he's going to do well due to injury. Other owners out there I'm sure are worried about Andre Johnson or D Jax & Macklin so ......

what WR available on most waivers have the chance to have a good game ?

I'll throw some names out there-

Anthony Armstrong

James Jones

Jacoby Jones

David Nelson

Michael Crabtree

Andre Caldwell

or maybe a tight end could out produce any of the above ?

Kevin Boss

Ben Watson

Kellen Winslow

I picked up Caldwell, seems they're gonna put him at flanker like TO was. Hopefully he can get some good numbers, especially of 85 is out too.

Crabtree 4 Catches 50 yard .4 TD

K. Boss 3 catches 50 yards .6 TD

Armstrong 3 catches 65 yards 0 TD

You did not mention scoring type but hey, it is Championship day.

I like Armstrong's upside. Just wish I could feel better about bumping his TD potential. However have to think of it as a crap shoot.

I like Boss here. If AJ doesn't go, Jacoby Jones could be a good play too but I could see both teams trying to focus on the running game here. The sleeper here could be David nelson, assuming NE jumps to a big early lead. good luck.

I have limited choices to replace Andre Johnson.

Caldwell. Blair white. Nate Washington. I picked up Caldwell for now. But not feelin great.

I just benched Armstrong for David Nelson in my 20-team league.

The windy conditions in Jacksonville take Armstrong's role as the 'Skins deep threat out of the equation.

I suspect we'll see more dumpoff passes to Cooley, Davis, Williams and Torain as a result.

FWIW, I own Caldwell on that team as well and I'm still rolling with Nelson ahead of him.

It's not as gusty in Cincinnati but the wind is still a factor. Plus, I have major respect for the Chargers pass defense.

(Oh but now that 85 isn't playing... perhaps I should plug Caldwell in. Ugh.)
