Lost Rodgers and desperate for a QB. Nobody good available via trade. WW options include Foles and (gasp) Seneca Wallace. The other options are even worse (I'm not thrilled with either Keenum or Clemens). It sounds like a no brainer except for the fact that foles has a bye in 2 weeks, when the pickings may be even slimmer, and vick may come back and possibly put Foles back on the bench. Can you make any argument at all to take wallace (or somebody else), or should I just take foles and deal with it one week at a time? thanks for advice...

I can't believe I pulled this off. No one in the league has wanted to trade with me, but here is what I did with the team in my signature:

I weighted it on purpose thinking I didn't need any of these guys , but tell me what you think?

Traded Kaep,Gonzo and Mich. Floyd for Gronk. My team has been scoring well even with Moreno off this week.

Only issue is I will need a Te for Gronk's bye week next week, and here are some choices from waiver: Pettigrew,Celek,Miller,Housler,Clark,Walker,Fauria,Ertz,Carlson(wonder if anyone else trying to get one of these).......any one else to look for?

Just didn't know if the two SF Wr's worth much this year.

I would definitely look a wk ahead and carry two drops. I am worried about Crabtree being ready in time to help you. How about A Brown (RB, NYG)? Is he available? Also, look for Dennis Johnson, RB, HOU.

I need a TE but it's a short bench league and I don't want to lose anyone. I'm going to upgrade my K and Def but should I just go without cutting someone this week? I'm 4-5 and losing would probably eliminate me from the playoffs too. The good thing the person I'm playing is starting Helu and Pierre Thomas as his RB1 and 2.

this is a tough one ... who is available on the waiver wire? Just asking to gauge upside of cutting one of these players. Would drop a WR (prob Amendola) for a TE if push comes to shove

Fleener - Fauria - Heath - Eifert - Celek. No one really big. I've been considering just punting the TE position altogether but I really don't know.

Here's a peek at my competitors lineup this week. He's 2-7 and I think he's all but quit on signing people off the waiver wire.

This is the last week of the season too in my league and I'm in a 4 way tie at 4-5. Considering both would you cut Gordon for someone like Fleener?

I would roll with Foles and not worry too much about two weeks from now just because much has changed the last two weeks. Also, people will start dropping QB2s after their QB1 has a bye. Not a Wallace fan at all. Last game was first pass since 1/1/2012.

I have Gronk, Wright, and Allen at TE and just picked up Pitta. What kind of dynasty value does Pitta have? I like Allen a lot and Wright has some potential value so Pitta is expendable but if he can go back to top 5 status then I'd rather keep him. What do you think?

Do you think Gronk is worth the upgrade with four weeks left in the regular season? Not guaranteed to make the playoffs, but he would help the cause.

Love HOU defense this week. Texans lost seven games straight. Looking for the wind against the Raiders who may be without Pryor.

Otherwise, I like Carolina most weeks.

Hi Jeff,

In a non-ppr league and have to win out to have a shot at getting in despite being second in points. Foles and Desean Jackson off hurts this week and it's possible Garson is banged up.

Need to play either Tolzien or Alex Smith (300 yards passing is a 5 point bonus)

Levion Bell has been a bit of a disappointment as my flex. Would you consider Ingram or Monte Ball or Donald Brown over him this week?

Need to start three WRs: Gordon, Garson (if healthy) and have to choose between James jones, Jarret Boykin, Cotchery and Rod Streater. I could also use one of those WRs at flex over Bell.

Any thoughts would really be appreciated!

So I'm in a 12 team league and I'm 8-3 and pretty much wrapped up a top 8 spot.

Now we start QB, RB, WR, TE, 2 FLEX, K, D with only 4 bench spots.

We can earn weekly money and I'm currently up on three teams for 1st points (decent size payout) by 120 points.

I don't want a good team to get them eventually.

D scoring... start with 20, once shutout is lost it's 10, once a team rushes for 100 yards it drops to 5, once a team passes for 150 it drops to 0.. we get 1 per sack, 1 per INT and 1 pt per 15 INT/FR return yards. 6tds etc

Hi Jeff,

need your input on a roster move I debate. (Dynasty league, all info in signature)

I'll basically make the playoffs this year, a year earlier than my plan.

I need a win on week 12 to get in and in addition, I hold the 2nd round pick of this team... so I really want to win.

So, I think of promoting either Kendall Wright or Keenan Allen from my Practice squad for the last 3 games and the playoffs. IMO, both are upgrades over Denarius Moore.

Is it worth it to elevate one of them over Denarius Moore?

Should I wait until the playoffs or make the move now?

Note : Both these guys are automatic keepers if on my Practice squad, so they need to be significantly better than Moore to be elevated.

Also, should I still hold on to Ronnie Hillman?
