I would do that deal as long as you have faith in: Julio to stay healthy and Murray to stay healthy. You are trading a proven stud for a couple of upside guys.

Just drafted. There wasn't many fa available and looking back I wish I spent a bit extra to get Charles and v Jackson as I ended up overspending on foster and roddy white as they last elite options left.

I am still rebuilding after winning two years ago. I lot of my chances for success rely on foster being healthy and white and cutler being productive. I took a chance with what was available if if the team flops I will get a nice rookie pick again.

Anyways, the hill(Cinn)owner offered me jordy nelson($10, last year of contract) and Demario murray($5 2 years left) for Bernard

He then offered Murray and 1st round pick next year(mid to late first maybe higher)for Bernard.

Bernard has 4 years left on contract at $10

Patterson has the same

Stewart has one year left

If I though I could contend I may do the first deal. I'm not sure if the second deal helps.

I would pass unless blown away. Years 3 & 4 of Bernard are what should sway you toward Gio. I like your team. I would suggest dropping Rogers (WR) for another player. He may not make the team. You did well.

you have a very good team. I like it a lot. You have thee or four RBs which will make it difficult to know who to start any given week. I would probably look to package two for a better RB. I even think you are fine with the two TEs ... I would look to upgrade WR depth via the waiver wire from Shorts. He has limited upside.

Is Bishop Sankey a better option than Benny Cunningham or Carlos Hyde?

What are your thoughts on New Orleans RB Khiry Robinson? I am in a standard 14 team PPR redraft league. Is he worth drafting for a possible flex spot or will he be a bust and waste of a roster space? Thanks

Like your team. I would drop Maclin for an upside player at TE or RB and Wright is in that discussion

You do have the RB1s for the two teams. If worried, dump Sankey for Hyde. This would be only a handcuff move, but provide insurance

I like Robinson. In fact, I like the move of drafting two of the NO RBs. If you look back in history, NO likes to run the ball and many weeks has produced two fantasy starters.

I have contracts expiring at the end of this year for Demaryius Thomas and Gronk. I can keep one for free, but the other will go into open bidding and I don't have the league cash to be a player in the bidding. I'm trying to get ahead of the issue and trade one of them now (when they actually hit zero years it will be a buyer's market) and am looking to trade Demaryius since I have depth at WR and only have to start 2. I have the following offer...

Demaryius Thomas + Andre Ellington for Eddie Lacy + 2016 1st round pick

The team with Lacy and the pick has picked 1.01 each of the last 2 years but his team is improving. He doesn't have a 2015 pick. Thoughts?

I would hold off and try to win the title. Might consider it without Ellington or the pick. I would guess Lacy/Ellington expire in a couple of years as well.

drop Austin (limited upside) for randle or bowe

keep hyde. if gore went down, he would be a top 15 ranked rb

congrats on the titles. I would be open to moving Crabtree, but only for youth/upside and Spiller, a backup RB, and 3rd rounder do not fit that definition.

Okay Jeff, (10 team, PPR)

So you agreed with me that you are worried about Zac STACY and would avoid starting him this week.

I actually read on a couple of sites that CUNNINGHAM is going to get the nod.

The whole Rams backfield is a BIG ? MARK!

Would you pick Cunningham up or wait and see how things play out in the NFL this week?

This is a 10 team league, there are options on the WW. I don't want to act too soon, unless you think the RAMS RB position will be one worth having on my roster.

My other RBs are---Reggie Bush/Joique Bell tandem, Frank Gore (Carlos Hyde could create an issue in SF as well) , Zac Stacy

and Bishop Sankey

RBs on the WW---Bernard Pierce (Minus RICE for 2 weeks), J Dwyer (Filling in for Ellington vs the worst Run Def SD),

K Davis, K Moreno, Woodhead, McCluster, Ridley...to name a few, lol

I already have the Detroit RBs, if I am going to carry 2 from antoher team, is that team SF, the RAMS or neither?

I think I'm going to start GORE & REGGIE BUSH.....

I was going to go with Stacy as my FLEX, but you agreed that STACY makes you nervous.

To be honest, so does CUNNINGHAM?

So, against Atlanta, I like Brandin COOKS in the Flex.....I believe that Peyton has some special plays for this Sproles like WR... if I'm going to roll the dice...that seems like the best risk.....

I am too nervous about starting both Bush & Bell.....

This is my only worry area for the week....but its a pretty decent worry to have....

In a espn league have a ok team but on draft day had to go to work (on my last 5 pick)so i put it on auto draft this is my last 5 pick , which one should i keep or which one has no value

Forsett, Bradshaw,Hurns,Avery,Lee,Quick,Rainey,Cunningham,J white, Crowell,Locker,J. Rodgers. But then who to drop.

I guess my main concern is what happens with Martin although I think my Rb depth is way better than at wide out.

Hurns and Crowell, especially Crowell. Much better than Forsett for the season
