There are a lot of potentially good free agent kickers (3, 4, 5 pts for 0-39, 40-49, 50+ yd FGs, -1 for missed FG):Longwell (@CHI)Lindell (vs. SD)Kasay (vs. NO)Tynes (vs. SF)Bironas (@KC)Who looks best for this week? Do I take a chance on Tynes, who might have the best potential? Should I outright replace Akers with one of these, knowing that another bye week is coming for some of them?Also, which WRs to start (pick 2):Andre Johnson (vs. DET) -- no brainer, right?B. I like Bironas this week and long term. Tynes is not a great option, imo. AJ and Braylon are the two I would choose just because they are the two best. Colston is a guy I love, but I would want to give him a week until you see how he does. I would sit Graham of the RBs. The other two get more carries and are more involved in the offense. good luck this week.

Davis and Boss. His comment was this "I sent another offer. If you don't like Lewis, let me know who might make this work. The key for me is getting a RB for this week, as I'm hurting due to injuries and byes. "Now should I pull the trigger if he upgrades it to a 2nd round rookie pick and I give him my third? I figure his 2nd will be within the top 15 picks....

i like the deal. i would let him keep lewis and change the picks to his 2nd for your 3rd ... This is a great deal for you with Warner's age.

Thanks Jeff, I ended up getting this deal:Rivers, Volek, Mark Clayton (Balt) M. Lewis, and his 2nd (I project this at 14-16th overall) I gave, Warner, M. Moore, Troy Williamson, Kevin Kolb and my 3rd. I got to keep Leinart at least.... Now I'm trying to trade Addai and fast. I just don't like him. I did turn down the Andre Johnson/ Addai for S-Jax/Roy Williams offer..What other RB's around the league would you trade Addai for???.... Gore and Chris Johnson owners wont bite...I tried countering the S-jax owner with Cotchery/Addai for Roy Williams/S-jax (waiting on reply)Thanks again.

you may have to wait until Addai is healthy to move him. Chris Johnson is one guy I have been targeting as much as possible. I think I would target some of the undervalued backs like McFadden, MJD, or even Stewart. I would offer Addai and ask for the back and a little more.

I would drop Hass for Ryan. Keep Norwood. He has huge upside if something happens to Turner. The kicker I have been picking up is Gould. He seems to get his share of chances every week. Lastly, dont sweat the Ravens for atleast another week. Their DBs were out and played the worst matchup in Indy.They should play well after being embarrassed. If not, then drop them.

I'd take Gould, but he's on a bye in week 8. I was going to straight-drop Akers for the pick-up, but then I'd have to pick up another kicker for week 8. I then asked about Mewelde Moore, and he said yes. Would you trade Lance Moore straight up for Mewelde, or would you ask for more to give up Lance Moore. I'm pretty stacked at this point at WR that I really don't see me using L Moore too much going forward, barring injury to my other WRs.What would you do? Trades in this league are almost impossible to get done, there might be 2 trades a season total.

Addai has been borderline useless this entire season minus 1 game. Since trading Addai is going to be tough, I have contemplated looking at dropping Addai for some waiver wire potentials...

Keep Addai and start Portis and Johnson. Brown has a tough matchup this week. Addai could be valuable in week 10 when Portis has a bye. Also, Brown has been injury-prone in his career so Addai gives you good depth.

Few things:

1) I have 3 great rookies on my team, and I feel like I should trade them if I want to make a run: Chris Johnson, Desean Jackson, Tim Hightower. Since I'm making a run for this year, I realize I should not be holding these guys -- I could possibly get an upgrade for this year, but maybe that guy is older, etc. Any thoughts on this? Comparable players? I got an offer to swap Welker and DeJax, and the guy was giving me extra to try to take it, but that extra wasn't anything useful though. Also, guy was offering me 3 main NYG RBs for Chris Johnson. Only thing I like about that is the handcuffs. Not sure how they play for redraft value, though.

2) Little worried about my depth at RB, but only because of injuries. I can take a hit and be somewhat OK at RB (Johnson gets injured), but after two hits (johnson+hightower), I'm pretty much toast at the position. I have Ahman + potential waiver wire guys. No one really worth mentioning on there though.

3) Also, to a lesser extent, worried about depth at WR -- after Ant. Bryant, I'm done there it looks like. I can take injuries to Jackson and Holt, but one more and I'm done. Is this being too risk averse?

Your team looks good and should be on the cusp of a title run. I would keep Chris Johnson until after this week. The Chiefs avg giving up 180+ rushing yards a game. After this week, one potential deal (risky, but high upside) would be to offer Johnson straight up for Westbrook. You might be able to get LT. A huge game tomorrow and it might be an easy sell. I would not worry about depth as much as upgrading starters and having one spare WR like you have. Check Boldin's health at the start of next week, then I might offer Holt and DeSean for Him or other stud receiver. If you do this, maybe add Bryant to the deal and ask for a decent flex WR back since you will have to cover Marshall and Smith's byes coming up. You should be able to move Hightower for Rb or WR depth.

I would look around at the bad teams that might have a good player. They will be the first to want DeSean and the other rookies. Also, Holt being WR48 in points/game for PPR has to hurt. That is why you may have to package him to get the upgrade. Maybe he has a big game vs Dallas and makes it easier to trade.

You have a good team so teams may not want to deal with you, but I would target the bad teams. They have the most to gain.

This is a tough one. I think much will depend on if you need a starter or are looking for best player. I think I would start with RBs like Addai and MJD, even though that is a longshot. Also, slaton has looked good. If those get turned down, I might look to either a young RB like mcfadden, stewart, mendenhall (all have done little and mendenhall is on ir) or a veteran like willie parker, deangelo or maybe thomas jones.I would try the others, but you may be left going after Parker and TJomes ...both are in good situations for production this season. If you have the right mix on your team, Mendenhall would be interesting.

That is tempting, but Manning is worth more in a league that you start as many QBs as RBs (2). I think I would hold your good stable of QBs, including Ryan, and wait to trade until after the season. You might be able to get even moret hen.

I'm wondering if it's worth picking up a free agent RB like Stecker, Benson, Maurice Morris, a KC back, or even a NE back(Ellis, Faulk).

Also, I'm wondering if it's worth picking up a free agent WR like A Bryant, Camarillo, Hester, K Robinson, M Furrey, Jerry Porter etc., to possibly replace Harrison.

bryant is the only wr worth picking up. there are no rbs worth picking up of that group. I think I would drop a QB for Bryant. If you can get Wetbrook and Parker back healthy, you should be in good shape.

I would prob drop Favre for Avery ..... You should not have to start him over the other two

keep norwood .... his value soars if something happens to turner ........ I would drop either Garrard or Ryan. I might keep Ryan, but it is very close.
