Washington at NY Giants (1 Viewer)

Ball was coming out and he never maintained possession afterwards. Don't understand what was so bad about that call. Ball's out at the one and he never regains possession.

oh wow that play there summarizes the Redskins season
No what would summarize the Redskins season is if at half time Snyder, Allen and Gruden took turns kicking a fan in the balls. All while Hasslett giggles and points from the sidelines

Can someone elaborate on what happened?
rg3 rolling rightdives for the pylon

ball is coming out of his hands he regrabs mid air lands out of bounds and bobbles the ball.

Called td after review reversed to touchback.

Washington attacked the official

RG3 went to the far right edge of the endzone, jumps in and clips the inside of the pylon. On replay, you can see that the defender actually knocked the ball out of RG3's hands very briefly before RG3 re-secured the ball in the air and lands hard on his side (that all happened while RG3 was flying through the air), loses possession of the ball again at impact. Ruled fumble, no TD, touchback.

Why is it even being reviewed?
All TDs are reviewed. Bad call.
No they're not. They're all reviewable, but not every TD is reviewed by the on field refs.
you know the on field refs don't review any replays anymore
Yeah they do. The command center can advise the refs, but it's still up to the head official at the game.
to do what? There are no more replay booths on field

Yes, there is. http://mmqb.si.com/2014/09/01/nfl-instant-replay-review-changes-mailbag/

So that last Redskin drive was 90 yards or so, took the last 3 minutes of the half, ended at the goal line, and got 0 points.

That's how they roll.

Watch them come on all pissed off in the second half and get steamrollered.

Heh I thought they got rid of the process all together my bad
It's hard to keep up with all of changes, and even with them the quality of officiating keeps getting worse. Not sure how they fix this. So many terrible calls in every game, every week. Makes it tough to watch.

I've seen that replay now about 20 times, on all different tv sizes. That might be the 2nd worst replay call if the year (Kelce fumble call last week will be tough to beat).

Jennings?

Giants' Rashad Jennings exits game Week 15 due to ankle injury

by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com

(2:13 pm ET) Giants running back Rashad Jennings drew the start Sunday against the Redskins, but he received only one touch before exiting the game due to an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable to return.

Jennings had one carry for 3 yards on the first play of the game, but that was his only touch before the team announced in the second quarter he was questionable to return. Jennings has been battling an ankle injury since getting hurt Week 13 against the Jaguars
My boom/bust is a bust. ....great.

Thanks for the info :-)

Nice stiff arm.

Announcers said Darrel Young is the 3rd QB. I guess Gruden's getting ready to pull Griffin.

Morris has 2 runs in this drive. Gruden will bench him now.

Giants have 100 yards of offense and 10 points.

Redskins have 297 yards of offense and 10 points.

2 distinctly different types of suckage.
