Week 11 2025 who should I start thread **OFFICIALLY UNOFFICIAL** (4 Viewers)

PPR
Start 3:
Adams Q V SEA
McConkey Q @ LAR
Odunze Q @ MIN
Deebo @ MIA
Sutton V KC
IMO Adams and McConkey (@ JAX btw) are auto start if they play.

After that, Deebo has a notably better matchup but, he still looks like a 6-7 opportunity guy. Same with Sutton, which is weird but, at least he theoretically could see 10 targets.

Defenses have been rotating to Odunze but, he still probably has the highest probability of hitting his target upside.

Tough one but...

Odunze>Deebo>Sutton

4pt passing TD, Purdy vs Brissett
Purdy pretty easily. I think he brings a bit of mojo to them this week and, I think he has better ceiling.

But, it looks like 250 & 2 may be Brissett's floor (it has been so far) so, nothing wrong with rolling him out.

Purdy>Brissett

PPR league. Need an RB:

* E. Demercado vs SF -- Bam Knight is banged up and questionable. Demercado could get the lion's share of touches here against a SF run D and D overall that is just not very good due to injuries. Also, M. Harrison is out so less offensive talent on the field.

* S. Tucker @BUF -- Irving out. Tucker looked way better than R. White last week. BUF is weak against the run. Achane and others have run all over them. BUF needs this game badly, but TB with Mayfield is spunky and I'd think they'd keep this game close. Also, weather could be a major factor here. Wind and precipitation in Buffalo.

* C. Rodriguez @ MIA (Spain) -- CRod is off the injury report. Was lead back until he got banged up last week and there's a report out this week that he'll have a major role this week. That said, WASH's D is terrible and there's risk that Miami gets out in front and they then lean on McNicols.

Which?

Thanks

PPR league. Wondering if I can squeeze RJ Harvey in the lineup over these options:

* C. Brown @ PIT -- Hard to sit him with Perine out and Flacco rolling.

* T. Higgins @ PIT -- See above.

* G. Pickens @ LV -- Great matchup.

I see some projections with Harvey over these three guys which surprises me. Still, I'm a tad petrified S. Payton pulls the rug out from Harvey owners and gets Badie and Jaleel too much run in here. In addition, the matchup against the KC D is not ideal.

RJ hit the bench?

Or throw him in there?

Leaning towards benching.

Thanks

I'm team Rodriguez this week for exactly the reasons you said. He's the starter and it's a plus matchup. Maybe it's a trail script but, that's a risk I'm willing to take with your team. Rodriguez just seems like the guy most likely to hit 15 opportunities.

Rodriguez>Tucker>Demercado

I don' think I would. Payton could still manage to make it a RBBC of some sort with Badie and the others have better matchups and/or teams performing better on offense than the Broncos ATM.

I dont think you can with those 3

Miami d has been solid lately. I dont trust Rodriguez to do much. Youre looking at a 4 pt game and praying for a goalline plunge.

Tucker has a great matchup but is splitting with White.

Call me crazy but I like demercado the best of these 3 in a sneaky shootout.

Add/Drop queestion.

I think it's fair to say the JCM experiment is, to be nice, on hold. I plan to drop him (redraft) and I am debating between Chris Rodriguez, who logged a full practice today so, he's on track to start against the Dolphins and George Kittle (we combine WR & TE in this PPR league).

Would anyone start Rodriguez (@ MIA) or Kittle (@ ARI) over ETN v LAC?
I wouldn't although Kittle is a consideration.

Pearsall, Golden, or Wicks?
Pearsall pretty easily. He's just in line for a bigger market share.

In the future, please try to remember to include matchups TIA
Will do. When I posted, all 3 were listed as questionable.
Yeah, the Q tag is a concern but, it's an equal concern for all three and, again when all are healthy and available Pearsall just seems like the one who is in line for WR1 usage.

I know the Pack views Golden as the future but, I get zero vibe that he's the present. Golden and Wicks vulture each other IMO.

PPR Flex I need to start two of these:

Monangai @ MIN
C.Watson @ NYG
K.Pitts v CAR

ATM Pitts is the odd man out.
I have Pitts and Watson pretty close with Monangai below both of them
It's close..Watson is boom or bust for me..but the biggest upside play
Swing for the fences...Watson/Monangai
Play it safe...Pitts/Monangai

In a 4 point per passing TD league need one of the following:

Purdy @ ARI
Mayfield @ BUF
Darnold @ LAR

Would prefer waiting one week on Purdy but I think he may have the best matchup and Pearsall is now back providing another weapon.
Mayfield goes against Buffalo who is weaker against the run and with the cold, possible snow, and winds they may want to run more.
Seattle probably can't run against the Rams so they have to throw (opposite of last week).

Honestly not sure how to call this one.

PPR. Pearsall vs AZ or Parker Washington vs the Chargers?
Pearsall.

Washington can generate a lot of targets but, man I didn't realize how inefficient he was.

Targets - Receptions - %
5 - 5 - 100%
11 - 4 - 36%
2 - 0 - 0%
3 - 2 - 67%
4 - 2 - 50%
10 - 4 - 40%
9 - 8 - 89%
7 - 3 - 43%

Total 51 - 28 - 55%

I'll take Pearsall because I think he will be more efficient with Purdy and, I think he has the same target upside.

Pearsall>Washington

Full PPR:
Need TWO of the following:

C.Sutton vs KC

D.Goedert vs Det

D.Schultz @ Tenn
Goedert is Mr Low Volume TD dependent. I'm also not in love with the vibe Phili is putting out. They seem close to either running the table or completely imploding. Hard to get a bead on them.

In full PPR, I put Goedert to the bench over the guys that can see 8-10+ targets.

Schultz>Sutton>Goedert

I'd probably want to wait a week on Purdy too but, I agree he looks like a good start indoors today.

I am not too worried about the weather in Buffalo but, when it's close I probably favor the guys in a dome. I love Darnold but, the Rams are the #2 scoring defense in the league for a reason. Darnold has been playing well enough to neutralize that but, again Purdy seems to be in a much better situation in a must win game for the Niners.

Purdy>Darnold>Mayfield

Need my flex player...(TEs have favorable scoring - i.e., bonuses at 70 yards receiving instead of 100 yards and for 6 receptions instead of 10)

Jones v. CHI
Gadsden @ JAC
Fanning v. BAL

Perspective...both Gadsden and Fanning are ahead of guys like Zay Flowers, Stephon Diggs and Courtland Sutton in our league. thanks

Fannin has been a surprise for sure but, I dislike his QB enough that I don't think I could start him over Gadsden or Jones.

Jones sure looked like the unquestioned lead back in Minnesota last week. My guess is they're so desperate for wins they may try to run him into the ground but, it's still a difficult situation to predict. One data point does not a trend make.

Gadsden>Jones>Fannin

Currently have Mariota vs. MIA starting in one league (Burrow, Daniels out and Jones on bye… yes I currently have 4 qbs on my roster lmao).

Should I pickup/start McCarthy vs. CHI over him?

Hard to trust either of them. Both plus matchups, but JJ has better pass catchers by a good margin and a better run game.

Problem is they have a better defense than Washington or Miami. That game seems more likely to be higher scoring.

Yeah, I'm honestly not sure. Is Tua available? He may be the best option.

I probably lean

Mariota>JJ

But, really who knows?

PPR league with 2 flex spots. Need two of these guys:

* T. Franklin vs KC -- Tough matchup in general but may have the easier one in comparison to Sutton. Probably get some targets underneath out of the slot. That said, everything he's getting is low aDot type stuff. Don't see much of a ceiling here, but he is being targeted heavily lately.

* M. Washington vs WASH (In Madrid) -- Great matchup. Has a TD in two of the last three games. This could be a good spot for Tua and the Miami offense. However, it could just be the Waddle / Achane show. If Mariota can keep it close, Malik could get involved in a sneaky shootout. Low floor, but high ceiling.

* S. Tucker @BUF -- Splitting w/ R. White. Good matchup on paper. Weather could be a factor. If TB can keep it close, Tucker could get some solid action. Would be more enthusiastic if there was some report between now and tmrw indicating Tucker could play more of the lead role in these conditions.

* T. Pollard vs HOU -- Hard to start him. Maybe TN got some things together during the bye week. Not a great matchup though.

* C. Rodriguez @ MIA (Madrid) -- Good matchup, although I could see WASH falling behind in this one and then we see more of Bill / McNicols.

* D. Schultz @TN -- He's being peppered with targets. Mills starting may actually benefit Schultz more. Off the injury report. TN D not remotely scary.

Which two?

Leaning D. Schultz and then I have a hard time deciding between T. Franklin and M. Washington.

Thanks

I'll start.

Super flex, PPR

I need 1 WR & 2 Flex players:
Zay Flowers @ CLE
Jameson @ PHI
Troy Franklin v KC
BTJ v LAC
T.Henderson v NYJ
Etienne v LAC
Rhamondre v NYJ
JCM @ MIA

Currently have Jamo in my lineup at WR2 for the big play potential because they all have tough matchups but, really I can make an argument for any of them. Except maybe BTJ, he seems impossible to trust ATM.

For my flex I have Henderson in but, if Rhamondre is back that comes into question. I am leaning to ETN for the last flex spot but I can easily make an argument for Franklin and Zay.
I would have agreed with these choices.

Hope you went Hendo!

PPR league

QB:
Caleb @ Min
Darnold @ LAR

I really have no idea where to go here. Caleb does very well against mid and bad defenses but, Minnesota is desperate for a win and, their D can definitely rise to the occasion. I tentatively lean towards Darnold.
Think I'd go Caleb. That MN secondary isn't great.

Darnold is the tough one for me. I could see him lighting it up in a shootout, but I could also see him laying an egg vs the LAR D. I suppose that's why this game is going to be so fun to watch.

I picked up Mariota on waivers to spot start this week and then saw McCarthy available who FBG had rated higher so I dropped Mariota and picked up McCarthy

I agree that the choice is Schultz followed by Franklin/Washington.

Your logic is sound, I guess your risk aversion is the question. It seems to me that Franklin has a significantly more stable target floor than Washington and, IMO he has nice upside having a TD in 3 of the last 4 games (all against lesser defenses NYG, DAL, LVR).

I think I lean towards opportunity but, I can easily see going the other way

Schultz>Franklin>Washington

Yes. I posted the question before Rhamondre was ruled out.

Would anyone start Tua over Caleb?

Tua v WAS (Spain)
Caleb @ MIN

That Tua matchup seems so choice. I guess it could be Achane all day but the Commanders are 31st in pass yards allowed and 28th in pass TDs allowed despite being 13th in pass attempts against. They're bad against the pass and the run.

But the I look at the highlight of Caleb's 17 yard TD run and...

FWIW I'm told that I'm an underdog this week (38% win probability allegedly).
