Week 11 Waiver Wire (1 Viewer)

Despite only having 12% of my FAAB left, which is the least in the league - and already rostering Lafell - I think Im going all in for Amendola. Im also hesitant because I already have another duo (Fitz/Floyd), and we cant roster more than 6 WRs so I'll need to cut Moncrief if this comes to fruition but I think its worth it.

Watched tape on Keshawn Martin and I'm going after him in a deeper league. Before the hamstring injury, Brady looked towards him deep often. It's very possible that he becomes 4th in the pecking order ahead of White/Dobson.

I trust ssd on keyshawn. Gonna make a small bid on him. No time to scout myself but Edelman and dion lewis left a monstrous void in targets. Amendola is already rostered.

It seems Chris Harper had quite a few catches in preseason and he just got recalled, someone is going to get targets and catches in NE other than the big 3 that are left.

Out of left field pick:

I thought Ryan Griffin, Houston TE, looked exceptional during his last game coming back from IR. He was the one player on Houston (beside Hopkins) that made me think "this guy has some talent". He outsnapped Fiedorowicz on his first game back from IR and looked good doing it.

Perhaps he garners some more targets moving forward; I'm grabbing him for dirt cheap to see if anything comes out of it.

Yeah, its Houston...but they are throwing it 30-40 times per game. Hopkins can't catch them all (well, I'd love it if he did).

Draughn might be worth a shot if you really need a RB. 96 total yards against a Falcon D that actually ranks better than the Seahawk D vs the run.

I can't believe I was outbid for him and my only other rb this week is white. For a desperation play anyone like grimes? Seems to be playing better than blue and is the pass catching rb. Could be in for a lot of dump offs vs a tough jet defense

I picked him up and am starting him for the same reasons you mentioned. Bye week hitting me hard this week, but I was going to add him regardless of byes, just so happens that I'm starting him too.

I'm definitely in desperation mode if Forte sits again. I have White, and my alternatives are Grimes, DeAnthony Thomas, Kadeem Carey, Buck Allen and Olawele. (Side note: You know you're scraping the bottom of the barrel when you feel it necessary to post full names because you're not sure people will know who you're talking about otherwise).

At this point, leaning White just because he has the best offense/highest upside, but it's hard to ignore how little he did last week. In terms of just getting myself a few points, I think the highest floor option is probably Thomas. Might grab him as well.

I'm in the same boat this week. I'm looking at Grimes or McCluster...in a non-ppr! :X :toilet: :bag:
