12 team , 1 ppr league. My players out or on a bye week 14. QB's Lamar + Daniels, RB Stevenson, WR Flowers, TE Ertz, on byes. RB Ekeler on IR, and WR Dobbs still in concussion protocol.

Desperate at QB, need 1, my WW options are:
Winston at Pitt, tough D
Bryce Young at Philly, tough D
Cooper Rush vs Cincy, could be a shootout, not sure if Rush will slinging it though.

Desperate at RB, need 1, my options are: ( players already on my team)
Gus Edwards at KC - Tough KC run defense, plus Edwards totally TD dependent.
OR
Ray Davis at LAR - Good player, has made some noise with limited carries, but still just a handcuff

Or try to pickup Sincere McMormick, at TB - One week wonder or hidden gem?

I'd go Rush with the best matchup and then take a shot with Mccormick. Seems in line for more work. With Davis you almost need to hope for a Bills blowout and Gus still only played 20 some snaps with Dobbins out.

First off, can you trade one of Lamar or Daniels? Do that if you can and get a lesser QB and a starter at another position.

Based on the choices you provided here is what I see:

• Winston: High ceiling, low floor. If you are a huge underdog then I go with Winston
• Young: Playing better as of late but will that continue against Philly. I think he has a decent floor but no real ceiling
• Rush: Should have a higher floor than Winston and a higher ceiling than Young. If you are in an even matchup he is my choice.

RB:

• Edwards: Just not getting the ball enough. Too low of floor with no ceiling upside.
• Davis: Needs to break one or have a great game script. I don't see either happening.
• McCormick: He is gonna get some run but would watch reports on Abdullah/Mattison. If they are both active then he takes a hit for sure. If one or both of those guys are out then he is the easy choice. If they are both playing then I likely go Edwards. You know he will at least be used.
