Cincinnati Bengals

Concussion Protocol (2nd time in 3 weeks)
WR Tee Higgins

What is really not good is that he noticeably had his brains scrambled a couple times this past weekend and they kept running him out there anyway.
Seriously. This is really not a good thing for Tee. Here in Indy they were talking about Charvarius Ward being in the concussion protocol for the 3rd time this year so they are placing him on IR. And even he (Ward) was talking about his playing future being in doubt due to the concussion issue. But...I thought the NFL was making it better for concussions with the puffy helmets and what not? :bored:

Tee Higgins has been limited both Wed and Thu. I think he didn't have another concussion, just took a couple hits to the head. He passed tests twice. I think people are in too big of a hurry to assume all head injuries/concussions are the same. I see pretty much everyone assuming he's not gonna play, and that doesn't look to be the case. I think its more likely than not he plays, and I think as long as he passes the tests (and he seems to be) there is zero reason for him not to play.

Sort of the same thing with CeeDee Lamb. He's probably 99.9% playing. He's already practicing fully, but people freaked out, because "look at his hands" which means basically nothing, from a severity context.

I'm not in the "concussions are no big deal" camp, but at the same time, they aren't even remotely created equally. One person can have 10 concussions and be fine, another person can have 1 and be done. That's why we have independent neurologists, to assess that.

Washington Commanders

Out for Week 15
RB Chris Rodriguez

Active for week 15
WR Deebo Samuel
