Houston's defense has been up and down this year, but looked pretty good at home vs Jacksonville last week, and in week 16 they face the offensiveless Raiders. Great matchup.
Cleveland's defense has been pretty solid, they have 17 ints this year, and held the high powered Colts offense to 13 points last week. In week 16 the Bengals, and assuming Palmer is still out, there isn't a much better matchup for any defensive unit.
Both could help you win a title this year. I personally have the Bucs and Panthers defense, and may end up starting one of these teams over both based on these juicy matchups.
Anyone agree, disagree?

I think NO at Det is risky though. Jason David is very vulnerable at CB. I could see at least two tds to Calvin and Kevin Smith might be able to find some running room. Still, Culpepper is likely to throw some INTs trying to keep up with the Sains off.
. CLE is also an idea I might have to look into.
